In this document the following expressions mean The Business - Zorbing South UK Ltd
The Customer - One, Two or Three Zorbonauts per Zorbing descent
Valid Prepay Zorbing voucher  - This voucher is valid to experience Zorbing prior to it's expiry date during the Zorbing season Apr-Oct. 
The voucher/booking reference has to be purchased online by card or by cheque payment. On production of a valid prepaid Zorbing voucher/booking reference, the customer reserves the right to a ride as stated on this voucher/booking reference subject to the following terms and conditions.

The customer cannot participate in a Zorbing descent if they / are:-
Unable to produce a valid Zorbing South UK Ltd voucher/booking reference
Under 6 years old for Hydro Zorbing (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18)
Under 4.5 ft high for Harness Zorbing (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18)
Exceed 180kg (28 stone) per two Zorbonauts for the Double Harness.
Exceed 130kg (for one person) or 250kg for multiple Hydro Zorbonauts.
The business judgement of customer weight is final and will be carried out on the day of the ride
Suffering from high blood pressure/heart condition (subject to Doctor's guidance)
Suffering from Epilepsy (subject to Doctor's guidance)
Pregnant
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
If you suffer from any other conditions and are in doubt of your participation please contact Zorbing South UK Ltd

After receiving your booking confirmation (this includes a confirmation of the date, time slot and voucher/booking reference number) please be aware that this booking is binding and final.. No cancellations or amendments can be made upon this booking (after twenty four hours from when the booking was confirmed to you - we require an email sent to us within 24 hours to advise us of any changes that need to be made.)

For refunds under distance selling legislation you have the right to return any goods bought directly from Zorbing South UK Ltd within seven days of receipt and a full refund will be paid.

All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the experience and the monies will be refunded by cheque or a credit to the card used to make the payment at month end. To request a refund you MUST return your voucher to Admin only address: Zorbing South UK Ltd. P0 Box 7662, Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 1DA along with a covering letter detailing the reason for refund.

After the statutory seven days, no refund is available. We are not liable for the cost of your postage or pre-booked accommodation//transport costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All participants are required to sign a waiver, false information could affect the safety and security of the staff and customer and invalidate the insurance. Zorbing South UK Ltd will be taking bookings for all pre-paid vouchers via’ online form’ on our website at www.zorbsouth.co.uk Tel. number for further info is 0844 809 4007 or  07092121270

Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis for the 2012 Zorbing season.

It is the customers responsibility to book within the Zorbing season and prior to the voucher expiry date.
It is the customers responsibility to arrive at the Zorbing site at the specified date and time.
Riders that fail to turn up on the day of your event will forfeit there ride and no refund will be given.
Zorbing South UK Ltd reserve the right to cancel operations for any reason which may affect the safety and security of the customer or staff.

In the event that Zorbing South has to cancel your booking due to Health & Safety, it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible by text to contact mobile number and by cancellation notice on homepage at  www.zorbsouth.co.uk.
You shall be entitled to rebook your event for an alternative date.
Zorbing is subject to weather conditions, wind speed and direction, torrential rainfall and temperatures below 6°C.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check for cancellations to mobile phones or by checking our website, www.zorbsouth.co.uk from 2pm prior to the day of your booking or by calling 0844 809 4007 or 07092121270.

Zorbing South UK Ltd are not responsible for any damage or loss to customer property at the Zorbing site.

Please note: Delivery is by first class post within 3 - 5 working days, delivery is by Royal Mail therefore Zorbing South UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. No dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends.
