The Business - Zorb South UK Ltd The Customer - One, Two or Three Zorbonauts per Zorbing descent Booking Process To book a Zorbing expereince contact Zorb South UK on 01929 426595 or visit our website at www.zorbsouth.co.uk and complete a group booking form. A Quote for your group booking will be returned to you by email where possible or by post. Due to the fact that prices are based on dual rides, group numbers will always be charged on an even number basis. ( i.e A Group of 11 will be rounded up to 12 and 1 member of the group will be offerd an extra ride with the 11th participant.) Group prices are based on groups of 10 or more participants. Bookings are subject to availability, confirmed bookings cannot be made until a written confirmation and deposit is received. Upon receipt of a written confirmation/group booking form and a 50% deposit a confirmation will be emailed or posted (where applicable). If the Event is within 14 days of booking then full payment will be required to secure the booking. You should contact Zorb South UK Ltd within 7 days if there are any errors in the confirmation or within 24 hours if the Event falls within 14 days. Full payment must be received for every reservation at least 14 days prior to the booking. It is important to ensure all balances due reach Zorb South UK on time as Zorb South UK Ltd will not always send out or call with reminders for the balance of payment. Zorb South UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings where balances remain outstanding less than 14 days prior to the event. Prices and Payments Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. (For VAT registered companies, a VAT Invoice can be requested.) Prices will be quoted and calculated per member of the group although the outstanding balance will be the total aggregate outstanding balance for all group members. Group prices are based on groups of 10 or more participants and charged on an even number (dual ride) basis. Payments can be accepted by the following methods: a) A cheque made payable to Zorb South UK Ltd along with the hard copy of your booking form to the address below. b) A credit card payment by ringing 01929 426595 Any refunds due will be made to the same credit/debit card on which payment was made or if the card has expired, by cheque. Safety The customer cannot participate in a Zorbing descent if they / are:- * Unable to produce a valid Zorb South UK Ltd voucher * Under 6 years old for Hydro Zorbing (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18) * Under 12 years old or under 4.10 ft high for Harness Zorbing (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18 * Exceed 180kg (28 stone) per two Zorbonauts for the Double Harness. * Exceed 130kg (for one person) or 250kg for multiple Hydro Zorbonauts. * The business judgement of customer weight is final and will be carried out on the day of the ride * Suffering from high blood pressure or heart condition * Suffering from Epilepsy * Pregnant * Under the influence of alcohol or drugs * If you suffer from any other conditions and are in doubt of your participation please contact Zorb South UK Ltd. All participants are required to sign a waiver, false information could affect the safety and security of the staff and customers and invalidate the insurance. Arrival Time It is the customers responsibility to arrive on site 20 minutes before the specified booking time. Failiure to do so may invalidate your booking. Making Changes to your booking More than 14 days prior to booked date you are entitled to change the number of participants in your booking by +/-10% of the original group size. In the event of any request to reduce your number of participants to less than 10 participants Zorb South Uk are entitled to charge on the basis of 10 participants, (regardless of whether the number of participants attending the Event is less than 10). Final numbers for the group must be agreed by the time of final payment which is 14 days prior to the booked date. You shall not be entitled to any refund in respect of reduced numbers after this time. Zorb South UK will endeavour to accommodate additional participants (at extra cost) after this time but cannot guarantee that it will be able to do so. Making Changes to your booking Contd. You can change the date of your booking no later than 14 days prior to date booked and Zorb South UK Ltd will endeavour to re-schedule the booking at no additional cost (Subject to availability) Numbers and activity must remain unchanged and is subject to the re-scheduled booking taking place within the same calendar year within which the original booking was made. All requests for changes need to made to Zorb South UK in writing. If by post please allow 72 hours for notification to be received. If by email please allow 48 hours for notification to be received. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise provided in these Booking Conditions. Cancelling Your Booking In the event you wish to cancel your booking , you must write immediately to Zorb South UK Ltd at the address detailed below. Zorb South UK do not accept verbal cancellations. The cancellation letter must be signed by the same person who signed the original booking form. A cancellation is not effective until a copy of your letter is received by Zorb South UK Ltd. To cover Zorb Souths estimated loss caused by the cancellation the following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellation by Zorb South UK Zorb South UK Ltd reserve the right to cancel operations for any reason which may affect the safety and security of the customers and staff. Zorbing is subject to weather conditions, wind speed and direction and heavy rainfall. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for cancellations on our website at www.zorbsouth.co.uk from 4pm prior to the day of your booking or by calling 01929 426595 or 07092121270 If cancellation is made by Zorb South UK due to weather conditions your booking can be re-scheduled for another date or a refund will be given. Customers Property on the Zorb Site Zorb South UK Ltd are not responsible for any damage or loss to customers property at the Zorb Site.
