The Business - Zorb South UK Ltd The Customer - One, Two or Three Zorbonauts per Zorbing descent Valid Prepay Zorbing voucher- A voucher which has been purchased from Zorb South UK Ltd or other Activity providers on the date and time specified. The voucher is valid until expiry date. The voucher has to be purchased online by card or by cheque payment. On production of a valid prepaid Zorbing voucher, the customer reserves the right to one Zorb descent subject to the following terms and conditions. The customer cannot participate in a Zorbing descent if they / are:- * Unable to produce a valid Zorb South UK Ltd voucher * Under 6 years old for Hydro Zorbing (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18) * Under 12 years old or under 4.10 ft high for Harness Zorbing (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18 * Exceed 180kg (28 stone) per two Zorbonauts for the Double Harness. * Exceed 130kg (for one person) or 250kg for multiple Hydro Zorbonauts. * The business judgement of customer weight is final and will be carried out on the day of the ride * Suffering from high blood pressure or heart condition * Suffering from Epilepsy * Pregnant * Under the influence of alcohol or drugs * If you suffer from any other conditions and are in doubt of your participation please contact Zorb South UK Ltd Zorb South UK Ltd require a 14 day cancellation notice in order to change booking dates and times. Any booking cancellations on a pre-paid voucher received after 14 days notice period will be subject to an administration fee of £10 per person. Under distance selling legislation you have the right to return any goods within seven days of receipt and a full refund will be paid. After the statuary seven days refunds will incur a £20 administration charge. We are not liable for the cost of your postage or pre-booked accommodation//transport costs. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and the monies will be refunded by cheque at month end. To request a refund you MUST return your voucher to Zorb South UK Ltd. Unit 6, Kings Court Business Centre, Kings Road West, Swanage, Dorset, BH19 1JU along with a covering letter detailing the reason for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. All participants are required to sign a waiver, false information could affect the safety and security of the staff and customer and invalidate the insurance Zorb South UK Ltd will be taking bookings for all pre-paid vouchers via’ online form’ on our website at www.zorbsouth.co.uk/book.htm. Tel. no. for further info is 01929 426595 or 07092121270 Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis for the Zorbing season from 31/03/07 – 28/10/07. It is the customers responsibility to book within the Zorbing season and prior to the expiry of the voucher. It is the customers responsibility to arrive at the Zorb site at the specified date and time. Failure to do so may invalidate your voucher. Zorb South UK Ltd reserve the right to cancel operations for any reason which may affect the safety and security of the customer or staff. Zorbing is subject to weather conditions, wind speed and direction and heavy rainfall. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for cancellations on our website at www.zorbsouth.co.uk from 4pm prior to the day of your booking or by calling 01929 426595 Or 07092121270. Zorb South UK Ltd are not responsible for any damage or loss to customer property at the Zorb site. Delivery is by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times. Please note: Delivery is by Royal Mail therefore Zorb South UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. No dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends. Gift Certificate: Zorb South UK Ltd provide the vistor the ability to print a gift certificate direct from our website. The gift certificate is NOT a valid voucher and only valid vouchers can be used at the Zorb South Site. The gift certificate enables clients awaiting the valid voucher to print a gift certificate.
